Acai Foda: Amfani, Girke-girke

Acai foda(açaí foda) kari ne na sinadirai da aka yi daga ƙasan acai zuwa foda.Amfaninsa sun haɗa da:

1.Mai wadatar antioxidant abubuwa:Acai berry fodayana da wadata a cikin abubuwan antioxidant na halitta irin su flavonoids, carotenoids, da polyphenols, waɗanda ke taimakawa yaƙi da radicals kyauta da kare sel daga iskar shaka.

2.Taimakawa rage kiba:Acai fodaya ƙunshi nau'o'in sinadirai masu mahimmanci, waɗanda zasu iya inganta metabolism, inganta ƙona mai, da kuma taimakawa wajen rage nauyi.

3.Inganta lafiyar zuciya index: phenolic mahadi aacai fodayana taimakawa rage matakan cholesterol, rage haɗarin atherosclerosis, da haɓaka ma'aunin lafiyar zuciya.
